Kewl didn’t begin with three service ideas. Each part of the business grew from seeing the same operational gaps from a different side.
We operate events, so we know what happens when vendors, staff, and clients need to move as one team. We consult with venues, so we see what breaks before and between events. And we build software because those same problems appear across the industry.
Event Operations shows us what happens in the room.
Venue Consulting shows us what happens behind the business.

Meet the Founder
Meet Miranda Kewley.
Miranda built her career inside the parts of events most guests never see: venue operations, event teams, complex programs, vendors, staffing, and the long walk from the first conversation to the final load-out.
Her experience spans venues, event companies, production teams, hospitality, sports, corporate programs, private events, concerts, and large-scale galas. That work includes time with The Duce, The Wonderer, PRA Business Events, Southwest Conference Planners, 525 Productions, the Tampa Bay Rays, and ASU Athletics.
She became known for stepping into fast-moving environments, finding the gaps, and turning scattered information into a plan people could actually follow.
Kewl was built to bring that same clarity to more events, more venues, and more teams.
What We Believe
The details are not the small part.
The guest never sees the staffing plan, the vendor thread, or the system behind the event.
They still feel whether it worked.
Strong event work starts long before the doors open. It starts with clear ownership, useful systems, and people who know what they’re responsible for.

She was freaking incredible to work with throughout the entire planning process and on our wedding day. Some areas I was extremely decisive on and others I had absolutely no idea what to do, and she understood me and knew exactly what to do when I didn’t.
I never had to worry about what was happening behind the scenes because I knew Miranda had it! She took so much of the mental load off of me and I was able to be fully present. I literally did not have to use my brain at all in the day of my wedding which was such a blessing!
