Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kewl Event Solutions platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kewl Event Solutions provides a multi-tenant event-operations SaaS platform including CRM, event workspace, BEO generation, vendor & venue marketplaces, payment processing via Stripe Connect, and AI-assisted tooling.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Payments & Marketplace

Payments on the platform are processed by Stripe, Inc. and are governed by Stripe's Connected Account Agreement and Services Agreement. Kewl Event Solutions is not a party to transactions between operators, clients, vendors, or venues; we facilitate the flow of funds only.

5. Subscription Fees

Operator subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) violate any applicable law; (b) infringe intellectual property; (c) transmit malware or spam; (d) attempt to disrupt the Service; (e) use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

7. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to event data, contacts, and customer records you upload. You grant Kewl Event Solutions a license to host, process, and display such content solely to provide the Service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data export remains available for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

9. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. KEWL EVENT SOLUTIONS DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kewl Event Solutions' aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
