How Kewl Event Solutions handles your data

1. Information We Collect

We collect (a) account information you provide (name, email, password hash, organization details); (b) usage data (page views, feature interactions, audit logs); (c) payment information processed by Stripe (we never store full card numbers); (d) content you upload (events, contacts, BEOs, files).

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide and improve the Service
  • Process payments via Stripe Connect
  • Send transactional emails (welcome, invoices, password resets) via Resend
  • Detect fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information with:

  • Stripe, Inc. — payment processing
  • Resend — transactional email
  • Cloud infrastructure providers — hosting & storage
  • AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) — only when you explicitly trigger AI features
  • Law enforcement — when required by valid legal process

4. Cookies

We use first-party cookies for session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Security

We use HTTPS in transit, encrypted storage at rest, role-based access control, and audit logging. No system is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You may request: (a) access to your personal data; (b) correction of inaccuracies; (c) deletion of your account; (d) export of your data; (e) opt-out of marketing emails. Submit requests to privacy@kewleventsolutions.com.

7. Data Retention

We retain account data for the life of your subscription plus 30 days. Audit logs retained for 12 months. Soft-deleted records (recycle bin) retained for 30 days.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. International Transfers

We are based in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the United States.

10. Changes

We will notify you by email or in-app banner before material changes take effect.
